C47/R47のファームウェアは、WP34Sを起源とするWP43プロジェクトのフォークとして誕生しました。この系譜を通じて受け継がれている中核的なコンポーネントの一つが、高精度な十進演算を実現するMike Cowlishaw氏によるdecNumberライブラリです。
